Return & Exchange Window

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Accessories (including Beanies, Belts, Caps, Gloves, Gaiters)
  • Electronic Running Accessories
  • Electrostimulation products
  • GPS Watches

These exceptions are due to the personal nature and potential hygiene concerns of these products.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Our Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely package the item(s) with the original packing slip. Include the return authorization number on the package.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
  • Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your account based on your financial institution’s policies.
Important: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping costs to send your replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no additional cost.
