Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within a specified window.
Return & Exchange Window
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following product categories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- All Accessories (including Beanies, Belts, Caps, Gloves, and Gaiters)
- Electronic Running Accessories
- Electrostimulation products
- GPS Watches
These exceptions are due to the personal nature and potential hygiene concerns associated with these products.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
