4. Orders and Payment Terms

Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This email is not an acceptance of your order but confirmation that we have received it. Our acceptance of your order occurs when we send the shipping confirmation email.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars. We accept the following payment methods:

Shipping

We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas and parts of Asia. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Carrier – DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50. Carrier – EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement by contacting our customer service team. Once your order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. Most items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Wait for authorization and instructions from our customer service team
3. Securely package the item(s) with the original packing slip
4. Clearly write the Return Authorization Number on the package

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For exchanges, we will cover the shipping costs to send your replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items
